I am a Top 50 Finalist for the $1 Million Global Teacher Prize 2021

I have been shortlisted as a Top 50 Finalist of the Varkey Foundation Global Teacher Prize 2021 in partnership with UNESCO. I was selected from over 8,000 nominations and applications from 121 countries around the world. 

I have also received many accolades for excellent work, including: Inspirational Teacher of the Year Award 2019 (Runner Up); Outstanding Staff Award 2019; I have been nominated twice in Lagos State in the past two years (2019 and 2021) for the Best Teacher of the President’s Teachers and Schools Excellence Awards in Government Approved Private Senior Secondary Schools in Nigeria. I was awarded the prestigious President’s Teachers and School Excellence Award (Second Runner-up) on Teachers’ Day in 2019. My most recent awards are Lifetime Achievement Award (International Category), 2021 Green Difference Awards by Project Green School, USA; and David Shepherd Award 2021, Global Canvas Art Competition by David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF), London.
