President's Teacher and School Excellence Award

I ventured into art education with the intention of making a difference, raise the standard of art education and advance the learning field of Art in Nigeria. In my little capacity as an art teacher, I have helped to improve on the access to quality art education, created inspiration for other art teachers and advance the frontline of Art education in Nigeria in an extraordinary way.

On October 5 precisely, the World Teachers' Day, I received the President's Teacher Excellence Award, BEST SCHOOL TEACHER (Private Category) 2nd Runner up. I was presented the certificate and gifts by the Executive Director of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, Professor Josiah Olusegun Ajiboye, on behalf of the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria. It was held at the Eagle Square, Abuja in commemoration of the World Teachers' Day.
