My name is Olusegun Michael, Adeniyi. I am an artist-cum-creative art instructor and a blogger. I bagged BA in Painting (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin (2006), and NCE in Fine and Applied Arts (Upper Credit) from the Federal College of Education, Abeokuta (2000) with the Best Graduating Student Award. I write Art Corner on Sunday kiddies column, Sunday Vanguard.

MEET THE ARTIST

I am passionate about one thing, it is ART. Helping children to harness their God's given talents is another yearning of mine. Ability to connect with the kids and fuel their aspiration to create art is my unique asset. Presently, I’m doing more of community work, taking an extra step into talent hunt in the rural area while I’m giving a better concentration to my studio practice. Children have always been my greatest source of inspiration. That is why I have dedicated a huge some part of my life to putting smile on these little angel faces and turning their play time into creative engagements. I am so passionate about helping kids harnessing their God’s given talents and inspire an artistic future in a child. Art can change life; it is both a powerful means of expression and therapy.
